Written for an anti-racism retreat as we gathered from many different situations. Mine included a recent trip to Oaks, Oklahoma and Tallequah, the capital of the Cherokee Nation, to return home and learn of the sudden and tragic death of one of our congregation members, who lived across the street and left behind 4 children and their mother.
